If for any reason you need to return your item, returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of your item. Returns are for store credit only. Sale & discounted items are final sale. Feel free to email with any questions.
We want your shopping experience with Fabulous You Boutique to be a happy and fun one (and stress-free), but we do know that there are times that something doesn't work out. For those times, we do have a return policy in place.
Please take the time to read over our return policy and understand our stipulations for returning an item..
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card or code via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery of your order.
- Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price greater than 15% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, unworn, unaltered, have no makeup or deodorant stains, no animal hair, no smells of smoke.
- Include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning. If the packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return packaging. Fabulous You Boutique is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in return transit.
- Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. This does not include items that do not fit or that you changed your mind on.
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.
- Please allow 3-4 business days to process your return for store credit once it is received.
- We can not guarantee exchanges due to inventory turnover. However, if you do want to exchange, you may use your store credit to purchase another size.

ADDITIONAL ORDERING TIPS
DISCOUNT CODES - Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used while valid (no extensions). They cannot be added/applied after an order has been placed.
ALTERING or CANCELLING AN ORDER - Once an order is placed by the customer, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).
SHIPPING - Free Standard Shipping within the United States, except for Alaska & Hawaii!

Local pick up is available during regular store hours at 16535 Lexington Blvd, Suite 160, Sugar Land, TX 77479. Please note "Pick Up" in the Special Instructions section of your shopping cart.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process and package your order. Order processing is completed Monday - Friday (except holidays). Once your package is in the mail, it should be in your hands in 2-4 business days depending on your location.
